Jotun is looking for recent graduates for an 18-month individual trainee programme. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun.

 

Jotun's International Trainee Programme will take the trainees through a challenging and exciting journey in different parts of our organisation. They will experience working with colleagues and customers from a diversity of cultures and nationalities. Establishing and doing business in an increasing number of countries has been a characteristic of Jotun for more than 40 years. Candidates for our trainee programme must have the ambition to pursue this culture of innovation and adaptability.

 

Selected candidates will be given specific tasks and assignments throughout the traineeship. This will form a good basis for a further career within Jotun after the trainee programme.
