Our present trainees are highly motivated individuals who have the potential to become future leaders in Jotun.

Jotun’s International Trainee Programme takes them through a challenging and exciting journey in different parts of our organisation. They experience working with colleagues and customers from a diversity of cultures and nationalities and are given specific tasks and assignments throughout the traineeship. This will form a good basis for a further career within Jotun after the trainee programme.
