Jotun Megayacht fillers can be applied in very high film thicknesses and have excellent sanding properties. Their main functions are to:

 

• Level out and smooth the hull surface
• Provide adhesion and cohesion between the surface and the paint system
• Enable sanding with minimum loss of thickness and volume

We recommend two-pack epoxy fillers as they have better water and solvent resistance than polyurethane fillers. They are also much harder and more flexible. For underwater areas only epoxy fillers can be used.

Megafiller

 

Ultra-lightweight epoxy fairing compound with strong adhesion and minimal shrinkage. Retains its fairness and form during years of service.


Megafiller Hot Climate

 

Ultra-lightweight epoxy fairing compound with three times the pot life of Megafiller but the same application- and service properties.


Megafiller Multi

 

Multi-purpose lightweight epoxy fairing compound/filler with long-term fairness retention. Very easy to mix and excellent application properties.


Megafiller Smooth

 

A high-density epoxy finishing filler that leaves a smooth and strong surface. Excellent resistance to water and solvents.


Megafiller Deck

 

Ultra-lightweight epoxy fairing compound that can be applied at very high thickness. Specially formulated for use under teak cover.
