Therefore it is important to calculate the number of litres required. To do this, divide the area to be painted (sq.m) with the spreading rate of the product by using these formulas:
- Motor boats:
Length x (Beam + Draft) x 0.85 / Spreading Rate*
- Sailing boats with fin keel:
Length x (Beam + Draft) x 0.5 / Spreading Rate*
- Sailing boats with full keel:
Length x (Beam + Draft) x 0.75 / Spreading Rate*
